2011 Master Artist Workshop: Still Life Oil Painting with Sara Beth Fair – Growing Your Artistic Skills and Vision

Thursday February 10 – 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Friday, February 11 – 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 12 – 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Discover the fundamental components of creating successful and unique still-life paintings that are expressive of your individual style and vision. Strengthen your painting skills through the study of design and composition, tonal values, edges, brushwork, and color as seen in the overall impact of the painting. These basics will be established while translating your personality firmly in your painting process. Use of the museum collection will be incorporated into the studies. Open to all levels of artist who want to master the fundamentals of painting. Instructional work is designed for each experience level. Demos, a slide presentation, and critiques included.

Workshop fee is $195 members/$210 non-members. A confirmation letter and supply list will be sent upon receipt of workshop registration fee payment.
