You are invited to attend an Art Law Workshop: "Copyright and Trademark Basics"
Neki Garrett and Marcus Hunt, Arts Attorney with the Duell/Hunt Law Firm, LLC. in Birmingham and founder of Alabama Lawyers for the Arts, are scheduled to speak to the local art community 9AM to 12PM, Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 at Lowe Mill ARTS and Entertainment in Huntsville, AL.
Alabama Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (ALAArts) along with Lowe Mill ARTS and Entertainment are hosting the workshop entitled Copyright and Trademark Basics. Ms. Garrett and Mr. Hunt will present information on the everyday issues that relate to artist and arts organization in the areas of Copyright and Trademark Law. They will also speak about the vision and impact of Alabama Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts.
