The Homewood Police Foundation is proud to announce that it will be hosting the First Annual“Small Works of Great Art” Invitational Art Exhibition and Sale this fall. The “Small Works of Great Art” Art Exhibition and Sale will feature works of art created by Alabama’s finest emerging and established artists. This event will provide you with the opportunity to begin or enhance your art collection and is designed for both new and established art collectors. The“Small Works of Great Art” Art Exhibition and Sale is a juried art exhibition that will feature some of the finest art in the state of Alabama.
Our guest judge is nationally known artist Daniel A. Moore. Mr. Moore holds a degree in Fine Art from the University of Alabama and is known for his skill in capturing great moments in sports history.
The exhibition will be open to the public September 27 – October 8, 2010 at Homewood’s elegant SOHO Square with a Preview Party being held on Friday, September 24, 2010.
This exhibition is sponsored by The Homewood Police Foundation which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization so any purchases or donations may be tax deductible. Proceeds from the 2010 “Small Works of Great Art” Art Exhibition and Sale will benefit the Special Olympics and The Homewood Police Foundation.
